1.Summary
Efficient wide spacing electrostatic precipitator is a new generation of highly efficient horizontal type electrostatic precipitator with electromechanical integration as the core, on the basis of field dynamic impedance control and wide spacing structure.
It is especially suited for coal-fired power plants, chemical plants, dust pollution metallurgical smelting factory and other industries with the smoke and dust. 3.Working principle
When applying high voltage current on the anode plate (dust collecting plate) and cathode plate (Corona), there will be produced non-uniform electric field, when the applied voltage is sufficient, the cathode line near corona amplification. Forming a large number of electrons and positive ions.
When the dust gas enters the electrostatic precipitator body through the electric field , dust adsorption of ions or electrons and electrically charged, the charged dust move to opposite electrode under the electric force, dust in the dust collecting plate (anode plate) is deposited under the action of electric field force and dust adhesion . And release the charge to the plate. The charged dust particles are deposited on the cathode line at the same time. The dust particles are separated. When the dust on the dust collecting electrode and the cathode line reaches a certain thickness, the dust falling into the lower hopper by the vibration on the plate (line) , and drain away by the ash conveying system . The process is continuously carried out to accomplish the purpose of gas purification and recovery.
